Ravi Panesar

Ravi Panesar qualified from the University of Birmingham School of Dentistry in 2006 and has built a wide-ranging career grounded in high clinical standards and a genuinely patient-first approach. After graduating, he spent 13 years working as an associate dentist in practices across the UK, including Leamington Spa and Surrey, where he refined both his clinical skills and his ability to put patients at ease.

Committed to continual improvement, Ravi has undertaken extensive postgraduate training through respected providers, including Aspire Training, Dominic Hassall, and Paul Tipton. He prides himself on delivering high-quality dentistry in an ethical, friendly and reassuring way, taking time to understand each patient’s needs and expectations.

In December 2019, Ravi became a partner at a practice in the heart of Warwick and played a key role in a major refurbishment and modernisation programme, including the introduction of computerised systems. In 2021, he took the next step and became a practice principal, launching Pan Dental so he could create a service that reflects his own values: exceptional care, a positive patient experience, and a supportive environment for the whole team.

Since founding Pan Dental, Ravi has expanded the practice’s offering by introducing treatments that were not previously available locally, including dental implants and advanced endodontics carried out under a microscope. He is passionate about investing in modern equipment and facilities and is equally dedicated to developing the team, with a particular interest in mentoring colleagues and supporting their growth.

Outside the practice, Ravi enjoys staying active and, when time allows, can often be found playing football or badminton. He is known for bringing energy, enthusiasm and positivity to everything he does, whether that’s helping patients feel confident about their smile or tackling a DIY project at home.
